Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product comes in a damaged condition, you are able to receive a refund.

Online Purchase Return

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 15 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at Volcanic Origins. To return items to Volcanic Origins, please follow these simple steps:

1. If a product comes damaged, call or email us at rareearth335@aol.com. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).

2. Affix the Return Label provided to the outside of your return package. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All returns should be mailed to:

3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
